  • What should I bring to my first class?

    For mat classes, grip socks are required for safety and hygiene. You’re welcome to bring your own or purchase a pair in-studio. For spin classes, you can bring your own cycling shoes or use our clip-in shoes, available on a first-come basis.

  • I’ve never taken a class like this before — can I still join?

    Absolutely. Every MOEVE class is designed for all levels, with options to modify or progress as you go. Move at your own pace, take breaks when needed, and trust that every instructor leads with care, encouragement, and energy. We keep the lights low, the music high, and the environment supportive for everyone who walks through our doors.

  • Do I need to bring my own mat?

    No need — we provide premium mats for all mat-based classes. You’re always welcome to bring a yoga towel or your own mat if you prefer.

  • Is water available at the studio?

    Yes! We have disposable bottles available and a refill station for those who bring their own. Stay hydrated — you’ll need it.

  • When should I arrive for class?

    Doors open 15 minutes before class begins. If it’s your first time, we recommend arriving a full 15 minutes early so our team can give you a quick tour and help set you up. Returning members should arrive at least 5 minutes before class.

  • Does MOEVE offer child minding?

    Yes — we do have an unsupervised waiting room available for independent children to use during class. The front door will remain locked for safety. We’ll be piloting supervised classes in the future and are excited to offer this service soon!

  • What happens if I forget my grip socks or spin shoes?

    No problem. Grip socks are available for purchase in-studio, and spin shoes are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. All spin bikes also feature cages, so you can wear indoor runners if needed.
